Dear Friends, With grateful hearts, we invite you to join us for the St. Camillus Center Annual Awards Fundraiser on April 26, 2026. This year, we gather in loving memory of our beloved Fr. Chris Ponnet, who served as a faithful shepherd to our community for more than 30 years. Fr. Chris did not simply preach the Gospel—he lived it. He walked alongside the suffering, embraced the marginalized, lifted up the forgotten, and reminded each of us of our God-given dignity. Through his compassion, humility, and steadfast faith, he revealed Christ’s presence in our midst. As we honor his life and witness, we also recommit ourselves to the mission he cherished so deeply. May we continue to be the hands and heart of Christ for one another. We hope you will join us for this special evening of remembrance, gratitude, and renewed purpose.
The St. Camillus Center Awards are presented to individuals and groups for their outstanding service and dedication to the communities served by St. Camillus Center for Spiritual Care and its ministries. In their professional work and volunteer work, they share in the mission and vision of Saint Camillus Center to “accompany people with hope and continue to service others.”
